The Atom Charitable Foundation Completes Non-Technical Survey of 468 Hectares of Farmland in Mykolaiv Region

The Atom Charitable Foundation is pleased to announce the successful completion of a Non-Technical Survey (NTS) of agricultural land belonging to the farming enterprise “VIOL PLUS” in Mykolaiv region.

Our team thoroughly surveyed 468 hectares of land to identify potential explosive hazards and ensure safety for the further restoration of agricultural activities in the area.

During the survey, the following explosive ordnance was identified:

– PG-7 anti-tank grenades
– “Uragan” multiple rocket launcher system projectiles
– Components of anti-personnel mines
– Fuzes from TM-62 anti-tank mines
– As well as other explosive remnants of war.

Our goal is to identify potential threats so that specialized organizations can safely carry out demining operations. These findings serve as another reminder of the scale of explosive contamination on Ukrainian land and the critical importance of Non-Technical Surveys.

We are grateful to the “VIOL PLUS” farming enterprise for their cooperation and trust. Our mission is to make Ukrainian land safe for life and work.
