He holds a PhD in Project Management and Production Development.

He heads the ATOM Charitable Foundation, which aims to support veterans, internally displaced persons, and develop humanitarian demining initiatives.
With many years of experience in infrastructure projects and service in combat units, he effectively combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the needs of affected communities.
