The “Atom” Charitable Foundation is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Non-Technical Survey (NTS) of agricultural lands of the “VIOL PLUS” farm in the Mykolaiv region. Our team thoroughly surveyed 468 hectares of land to identify potential explosive hazards and ensure safety for the further restoration of agricultural activities in the region.
The following items were found during the survey:
- PG-7 anti-tank grenades
- “Uragan” multiple launch rocket system rockets
- Parts of anti-personnel mines
- Detonators from TM-62 anti-tank mines
- And other explosive objects.
Our goal is to identify potential threats so that specialized organizations can safely conduct demining. These findings are another reminder of the scale of contamination of Ukrainian lands with explosive objects and the importance of conducting NTS. We are grateful to the “VIOL PLUS” farm for their cooperation and trust. Our mission is to make Ukrainian lands safe for life and work.
